These terms apply between you and OSHO GAMES ("we", "us"), the developer of UNDERDIGS (the "game"). By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
This version of the game is free. It has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no currency sold for money and no advertising. If paid content is ever added, these terms will be updated before that version is released.
Recording a Chain Vault result is optional. Each record is a Solana transaction, and its network fee (about 0.000005 SOL at the time of writing) is paid from your wallet to the Solana network. None of it goes to us. The fee is set by the Solana network, not by us, and may change.
You may connect a Solana wallet. It is entirely optional: the story is complete without it. It is used for the Chain Vault (recording your results, the rankings and the weekly Seeker vault for Seeker owners) and to open the last door in the museum with a signed message.
The game never asks your wallet to send SOL or tokens to anyone. A record is a transaction from your wallet to itself that carries a short memo; the only cost is the network fee. Your wallet shows you every request before you approve it. The game does not process payments and does not use or issue tokens or NFTs. What is sent, and where, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Records on Solana are public and permanent. Once a record is written, anyone can read it, including your wallet address and, later, your moves. Neither you nor we can change or delete it.
No prizes. Rankings, the ◆ mark, crests and the museum's wall are for fun and honour only. Nothing in the game can be exchanged for money, tokens or anything else of value. Treasures, parts, likes and everything else inside the game are ordinary game data. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and are not property. Connecting a wallet does not change this.
Rankings. Your device builds the rankings itself by reading the public records on Solana. They can be late, incomplete or different from another device's when the network or the public Solana service is slow or unavailable. A record only counts once its seal has been opened, after the vault has closed. We run no server and do not referee the rankings, and we cannot remove records from Solana. Please play fair: do not use modified versions of the game or automated tools to make records.
Your wallet is yours. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and the transactions you approve. We cannot reverse a transaction or recover a wallet.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control. You may not:
All rights not granted here remain with us. Some parts of the game are open-source software and fonts used under their own licences (the MIT licence and the SIL Open Font License 1.1). They are listed, with their full licence texts, in the game's credits (Settings ▸ Credits ▸ Licenses) and on our licences page.
The game, including its code, characters, artwork, music and the name UNDERDIGS, belongs to OSHO GAMES and is protected by copyright, apart from the open-source parts mentioned above.
Your progress is stored only on your own device, in the app's private storage. We never receive it and cannot see, recover or restore it. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or lose or reset your device, your progress is gone permanently. This is true even if you have connected a wallet — a wallet is not an account. Records you have written to Solana stay on Solana.
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work correctly, but we do not promise that it will be free of defects, that it will run on every device or every version of Android, or that the Solana network, the public Solana service or your wallet app will be available.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost save data, network fees, or anything that happens in your wallet or on the Solana network. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
There is no chat, messaging or other way for players to communicate. Other players appear only through their public Solana records: a shortened wallet address, a crest drawn from it, their move counts and their solutions. The store's content rating describes what the game contains.
We may update these terms when the game changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end it if you breach these terms; in that case you must stop using the game and remove it from your devices. Records already written to Solana remain there.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
