CUBE SQUAD — Terms of Use

CUBE SQUAD plays entirely offline. There is no account to create. Connecting a Solana wallet is optional; it only unlocks a free perk weapon for Seeker owners. Everything else works with the network switched off.

1. Agreement

These terms apply between you and OSHO GAMES ("we", "us"), the developer of CUBE SQUAD (the "game"). By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Cost

This version of the game is free. It has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no currency sold for money and no advertising. If paid content is ever added, these terms will be updated before that version is released.

3. Wallet connection — optional, and never financial

You may connect a Solana wallet. It is entirely optional: the game is complete without it. Its only use is to check whether the wallet holds a Seeker Genesis Token; if it does, a free perk weapon is unlocked in the game.

Connecting a wallet costs nothing and moves nothing. The game does not process payments, does not use or issue tokens or NFTs, and never asks your wallet to approve a transaction or to write anything to any blockchain. The only thing it may ask your wallet to do is sign a short message proving you own the address. What is sent, and where, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Coins, weapons, partners and outfits inside the game are ordinary game data stored on your own device. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and are not property. The perk weapon is the same. Connecting a wallet does not change this.

Solana and Seeker are names belonging to their respective owners. CUBE SQUAD is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Solana Mobile or the Solana Foundation.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control. You may not:

The game, including its code, characters, artwork, music and the name CUBE SQUAD, belongs to OSHO GAMES and is protected by copyright.

6. Your save data

Your progress is stored only on your own device, in the app's private storage. We never receive it and cannot see, recover or restore it. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or lose or reset your device, your progress is gone permanently. There is no cloud backup and no way for us to bring it back. This is true even if you have connected a wallet — a wallet is not an account.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work correctly, but we do not promise that it will be free of defects, or that it will run on every device or every version of Android.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost save data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Players

There is no chat, messaging or other way for players to communicate, and no online multiplayer. The store's content rating describes what the game contains.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the game changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Ending the agreement

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end it if you breach these terms; in that case you must stop using the game and remove it from your devices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
